Cylacel Pharma: CYCC = See Image in a super long base and volume trickling in if pops will pop very big to $2.00+ and may go 2 days ... in this market I can't predict targets as these stocks are super nuts lately and are displaying moves of 100% 200% and more. 

Velocity Shares Inverse Crude Oil ETF: DWT = See Image expecting a big turn around here for a 3 to 5 day move back up. Downside is limited to $.30 upside is $3.00
